The sooner you can train your body to wake up earlier, the better off you’ll be.
Waking up early will be hard but I promise you once you get the hang of it, you will have more energy and an eagerness to take on the day.
By waking up earlier, you not only have more time in the morning to eat breakfast, you’ll also have more time to exercise. So often we become entranced in our daily lives that we forget to take care of ourselves. Working out in the morning is one of the best ways to start your day. With a sound body, comes a sound mind, giving you the ability to crush your day.
The earliest risers in the world are also the most successful people in the world. Coincidence? I don’t think so. Waking up early enhances your ability to be productive. Try waking up 30 minutes earlier everyday and you’ll soon begin to see how it will change your life. By waking up 30 minutes earlier everyday, you’ll have an extra 210 minutes every week (3.5 hours), an extra 910 minutes every month (15 hours), and an extra 10,920 minutes every year (182 hours). By setting your alarm every morning just 30 minutes earlier than your normal time, you’ll have an extra 7 and a half days throughout the course of one year to develop effective habits of highly successful people.
Wake up earlier, set a routine that works best for you, and I promise you your future self will thank you for it.
